RETURN POLICY
Preorder Policy
All preorders are final. Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Product Quality
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will replace any defective items or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Return Process
To report a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us at shirt@oryn.ch within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the defect/damage
- We will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged by customer misuse
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
